The FRM Team

At First Response Monitoring, our managers and dispatchers have over 75 years of industry experience. Our staff continually participates in ongoing training to ensure that FRM has the most knowledgeable team and is well equipped with the most up-to-date information in the industry.

Our Senior Director of Accounts, Katie Matson, and Account Manager, Vanessa Wood, are your number one resources.  Katie and Vanessa will work with you from day one, providing services that include:

  • Explaining how First Response Monitoring works
  • Helping you set up your FROMM account
  • Answering any questions you may have

Katie received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of San Diego, and amassed a wealth of customer service experience in the hospitality industry before launching a career in the security industry.

Vanessa received her B.A. in Psychology from Arizona State University and has over ten years of customer service experience.

Both Katie and Vanessa have completed multiple Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) courses, and receive ongoing First Response Monitoring training in call center techniques and technology upgrades.

Excellent Customer Care

At First Response Monitoring we are representatives of your company, and we take that seriously. We will answer the phone with your company name, speak to the customer as if we are working directly out of your home office and direct any concerns or questions to you immediately by email or text.

Online Management Tools

As a customer of First Response Monitoring you receive full access to our customized dealer account Management system. FROMM allows unlimited access for viewing accounts, changing customer information, printing reports and much more.
