With a collective 75 years' security industry experience, the management of First Response Monitoring (FRM) has built a legacy of protecting families and businesses through alarm monitoring services.

In fact, FRM is a company over 30 years in the making. Our dispatchers have built their careers on the best practices for watching security signals, dispatching law enforcement, and deploying other life safety departments – whatever the situation requires to keep the customer safe.

However, this foundation has not prevented us from staying on the cutting edge of industry developments. FRM is an innovator in central station practices, as we consistently update our monitoring and call center programs to provide our dealers with the most current technology possible.

Our managers and call center representatives undergo regular training ensuring that they are up to date on the most current industry requirements and government regulations. In addition to the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) training that our dispatchers participate in, FRM also provides ongoing training in areas such as phone etiquette and courtesy.
